Drink Less, Live Better: Exploring Our Relationship with Alcohol with Sarah Williamson
In this episode of Life Intended, author and coach Sarah Williamson shares her journey of choosing an alcohol-free life and the challenges she faced along the way. She emphasizes that changing your relationship with alcohol doesn't require hitting rock bottom or a messy war story.
